Health Canada approved brigatinib as monotherapy for the first-line treatment of adult patients with ALK-positive, locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is not amenable to curative therapy.

This is written in the approval document as:

ALUNBRIG (brigatinib) is indicated as a monotherapy for the first line treatment of adult patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive locally advanced (not amenable to curative therapy) or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
