Health Canada approved cetuximab as a single agent for the treatment of EGFR-expressing K-Ras wild-type metastatic colorectal carcinoma (mCRC) in patients who have failed both irinotecan- and oxaliplatin-based regimens and who have received a fluoropyrimidine.
