Health Canada approved durvalumab in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel for the first-line treatment of adult patients with primary advanced or recurrent mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) endometrial cancer who are candidates for systemic therapy, followed by maintenance treatment with Imfinzi as monotherapy.
