Therapeutic Response Statement (Sensitivity)
This therapeutic response statement supports the relationship that CD20 + status confers therapeutic sensitivity to Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Prednisone, Rituximab, Vincristine in patients with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.
This statement is based on a regulatory approval from the Health Canada:
RITUXAN (rituximab for injection) is indicated for the treatment of patients with CD20 positive, diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (DLBCL) in combination with CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone) chemotherapy.
